FindVolleyball is a small, free, community-run project — these terms are written in plain language for the same reason. By using the site, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email robert.tyler.miller@gmail.com and ask.

What FindVolleyball is

A free, community-driven map of volleyball meetups. Anyone can browse it without an account. Submitting a listing, voting, or reporting requires a free account for some actions and not others, as noted where you encounter them.

Your content

If you submit a listing — including its name, schedule, photo, notes, or any link — you're responsible for it being accurate and for having the right to share it (e.g. a photo you actually took or have permission to use). Don't submit anything illegal, harassing, deliberately false, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Submissions are reviewed before they appear on the public map, but that review is a basic accuracy/sanity check, not a guarantee. We can edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including content that violates these terms or just looks wrong.

No guarantee of accuracy

Listing details — whether a meetup is still happening, its schedule, cost, or anything else — are supplied by the community and can be outdated or wrong. Always verify directly with the organizer or venue before showing up, especially for anything marked "Decayed." Use the map at your own risk.

Third-party links

Listings often link out to external signup pages, Meetup groups, or contact info. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it'll be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any damages — including anything that happens at a meetup you found through this site — arising from your use of it.

Changes

These terms may change as the project evolves. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
